Enrollment Procedure

An enrollment examination and interview appraisal are conducted prior to acceptance to the school. During the assessment process, applicants are requied to pass an ability to benefit test and a basic math skill examination. To evaluate the student's ability to succeed in the program, the prospective student's strengths and weaknesses, special talents, personal preferences, and career prospects are discussed. Applicants with counselors must receive written authorization to reserve a space in the class. A copy of the counselor's written authorization must be provided to CMT within one week of the proposed scheduled class date and is to include the following: • Client's name • Claim number • Date of Injury • Employer's name • Insurance carrier name, address, and phone number • Insurance carrier contact person • Counselor's name, address, and phone number Students will be advised of available starting dates when enrolling. No person will be denied admission, graduation, or any other rights and privileges on the basis of sex, sexual preference, race, age, creed, religion or national origin.
