Classes are scheduled Monday - Thursday* from 9am - 3pm. In order to obtain the optimum learning experience, class size is limited to a maximum of 15 students. 1. Hotel/Motel Management and Operations Bookkeeping, Front Office Operations, Reservations, Registrations, Laws & Policies, Personnel Scheduling, Americans with Disabilities Act, Cash Control, Telephone Etiquette, Security, Role Play, Instructional Videos, Marketing, Computer Workshops, Maintenance, Inspections & Contracts. 2. Apartment Management and Operations Leasing, Marketing, Contracts, Bookkeeping, Rent Rolls, Summaries, Pegboard Accounting, Evictions, Law Research, Drug & Gang Awareness, Security, Maintenance Inspections & Contracts, Computer Workshops. 3. Self Storage / Mini-Storage Management and Operations Pegboard Accounting, Lien Sales, Laws, Abandoned Property, Maintenance Inspections & Contracts, Security and Marketing 4. Mobilehome Park Management Mobilehome Park Residency Laws, Title 25 Research, Maintenance Inspections & Contracts, and Bookkeeping. 5.
