Students must display a positive attitude, willingness to work with others and follow directions, and a desire to complete the program and obtain employment. Any student who is dismissed because of conduct such as aggressive behavior, stealing, being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, or any other behavior deemed improper to the best interests of the school or student body will not be reinstated. Appropriate business attire must be worn. No shorts, tank tops, denim, tennis shoes, sunglasses, hats, torn or revealing clothing, thongs or bare feet permitted. Preferable attire for men is dress pants/shirts and for women dresses, skirts or slacks/blouses. All students shall attend classes from 9am - 3pm on the dates scheduled. Deviations from set schedule must be prearranged with the Instructor as 3 absences and/or tardies are cause for dismissal. All homework assignments are due at 9am the following class day. Failure to submit an assignment will result in a failing grade. The final exam will be scheduled for the last Wednesday of class. No make-up exams will be given. Each student must achieve/maintain a 75% grade point average to successfully complete the course and graduate from CMT. Each assignment is worth 100 points. The average of the number of points earned is converted to a letter grade as follows: 90-100%=A, 80-89%=B, 75-79%=C, and below 75% is failing. Due to allergic reactions/health reasons, we ask all students to refrain from wearing any perfumes, colognes, scented lotions, etc. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
